Wedding Computer speaks MCP — think of it as a power socket that lets an AI assistant safely plug in and help you. For a supervised migration, ask it to review one dated booking at a time, show you the record, and use add_or_import_booking only after you approve it. For a whole contact list, the reviewed file importer is safer and faster.
Spreadsheet and pasted-text AI imports are free for everyone. Letting an AI assistant connect over MCP is a Pro feature.
Column mapping is automatic for the CRMs wedding vendors actually use, and fuzzy-matched for everything else.
Your data is yours — in plain text, forever
Your core contact and active-wedding records are available as plain text you can read and keep. Every plan can download a streamed, portable reference ZIP with JSON, authorised Markdown, and uploads; Pro adds live Obsidian and device sync. The ZIP is human-readable, not a one-click restore format.
